The pleasure of rediscovering the genuine savours of Umbrian cuisine in the setting of a national monument. The restaurant offers both large dining-rooms and smaller, intimate dining-rooms, where the guests can enjoy a refined dining experience. Unforgettable dishes are served in an environment almost magical: fine noodles with black truffle, spelt soup, risotto "alla Castellana" with truffle, noodles with wild boar sauce, thinly sliced raw beef "alla sagrantina".
