The National Truffle Market Exhibition

The National Truffle Market Exhibition is organized, like every year for the last two weekends of November in the town of Valtopina at the Sports Palace. The initiative aims to enhance, in addition to the truffle, the romantic area of the valley of Sand Martin, through a program that offers a wide range of activities. The event is organized by the Municipality of Valtopina and the Mountain Community of Mount Subasio, which is currently the President of Associazione Italian Truffle City, and is sponsored by the Region of Umbria, the Province of Perugia's Company Regional Tourist Board and the Chamber of Commerce of Perugia. All inside of the area will set up a restaurant dedicated solely to the preparation of dishes made with truffles and inspired by local culinary traditions, which will allow visitors to sample menu - All truffles - both lunch and dinner.
